ToolPix provides free online image editing, conversion, and processing tools. Our tools include image compression, format conversion, cropping, resizing, and various other image manipulation features. Most tools operate entirely within your web browser.

Use of Service

You may use ToolPix for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Upload malicious files or content

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you process using our tools. We do not claim any ownership over your content. The ToolPix website, branding, and code are our intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

ToolPix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

File Size Limits

Individual tools may have file size limits (typically 5-20MB per file). These limits exist to ensure optimal performance and are subject to change.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
